PrincetonSPHER C27 - 100Å pore size - 5 and 3 micron
spherical particles is a proprietary phase containing a well defined and reproducible,
branched-chain hydrocarbon ligand.
The molecular structure of the C27 phase minimizes the
"folding phenomenon" which occurs with traditional C18
phases, thus allowing use with 100% aqueous mobile phases. Retention for most polar
compounds, including hydrophilic low molecular weight carboxylic acids, is enhanced.
PrincetonSPHER C27 can be substituted for C18 in most
applications.
